- For production and manufacturing companies, Blue Wall Consulting provides lean assessment and audit services; strategic and tactical implementation of lean tools and techniques; follow-up coaching and performance-improvement training.
- For lower and mid-market Private Equity firms, we provide two services:
- Pre-Letter of Intent (LOI) Operational Assessment. This effort is a one-day facility walk -through that validates the critical supply chain, production, and customer delivery processes.
- Post-close operational diligence and operational improvement projects. This work includes capturing latent value in the company processes and mitigating risk behaviors.

Principal
David Shiplett has over 30 years experience in creating and leading lean enterprise journeys for several global manufacturing companies. His experience spans the chemical industry, commercial and home appliances, automotive industry, medical technology and home furnishings.
